TERMS & CONDITIONS

Program Details –

Eligibility: Open to all non-licensed individuals (Barbados residents or international contacts). Real estate agents/brokers excluded.
Reward Trigger: Payout occurs only after successful closing of the referred client’s transaction where Island Life Realty represents the buyer or seller.
Reward Amount: 10% of Island Life Realty’s fee from the closed transaction.
Referral Disclosure: The referred client must name you as their referrer during first contact with us.
Payment: Paid via bank transfer once funds are received from representing attorneys.
No Obligation: Referred clients are under no obligation to use our services.
Program Changes: Island Life Realty reserves the right to modify or end this program with 30 days’ notice.
Compliance: All referrals subject to Barbados Real Estate Regulations and Guidelines.
